Todd Redding, PhD PAg
Todd is a professor in the Department of Geography & Earth and Environmental Science at Okanagan College in Penticton. He's interested in hydrology, climatology, soils and riding bikes. In general, Todd would rather be outside riding a bike. His favourite places are Jasper National Park in Alberta, Rathtrevor Beach on Vancouver Island, Oregon (yep, all of it) and of course the south Okanagan.
Todd is a former editor of Streamline Watershed Management Bulletin (http://forrex.org/publications/streamline) and was project coordinator and co-editor of The Compendium of Forest Hydrology and Geomorphology in British Columbia (http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/hfd/pubs/docs/lmh/Lmh66.htm) a comprehensive reference text on the hydrology, geomorphology and aquatic ecology of forested watersheds in BC.
Todd's full CV (if you are really interested) is here

Matthias Redding
Matty provides periodic field assistance. He loves getting out in the snow and is a very hard worker. Matty has ridden in the Test of Humanity all three times it has been held and would encourage you to join him in future editions.

Gabriel Redding
Gabe loves to dig, climb and look at rocks. Unfortunately his frequent growth spurts make it difficult to use him for scale in photos.

Lab Alumni
Anika Engel
Anika worked in the lab as a research assistant during the summer of 2013 and is now a student in the Water Engineering Technologies (WET) program at Okanagan College in Kelowna.
Anika dedicated much of her time to helping install and run weather stations at the Summerland Ornamental Gardens and the OC Penticton campus. She loves being outside even more than Todd, and would have preferred if there had been any skiing at all involved in the job.

Siiri Knodel
Siiri worked in the lab as a research assistant during the summer of 2012 and is now a student in Earth Sciences at UBC in Vancouver. She also completed a directed studies (GEOG 298) project in 2012 on the geology of the Alberta oil sands region.
Siiri was focused on helping Todd overcome some of his technological obstacles. She was invaluable in figuring out how to get the i-buttons working.

David Scott
David completed a directed studies (GEOG 298) project in 2011 examining spatial variability in snow accumulation around trees at a high elevation site near Penticton. When David is not studying, he teaching swift water rescue techniques in the Rocky Mountains.
